Sharon Yvonne Stone born 10th March 1958 to Dorothy Lawson, a accountant and Joseph William Stone 2nd, who was a former tool and die worker as well as a factory worker. Michael, Kelly, Patrick and Dorothy Lawson are her three siblings. Stone was considered to be academically gifted when she started in the second grade at age five. Saegertown Senior High School in Saegertown Pennsylvania, was where she graduated in 1975. In 1975, the Miss Pennsylvania beauty competition saw her take home Miss Crawford County. Stone together with her aunt, in 1977 relocated into New Jersey for a modeling job. Stone signed with Ford Modeling Agency a week further. In Europe, she was able to spend a whole year living in Milano as well as Paris. Stone, however, became dissatisfied with the acting and modeling in Europe. She chose to continue her career acting as a model while she was in Europe. The film of Woody Allen, "Stardust Memories", was a mixed success at the age of 20.
